PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT

Amber Air Conditioning is offering a residential service contract to our valued customers. This contract is for one year and includes two service maintenance calls, one in the spring to service your air conditioning system and again in the fall to service your heating unit. The premium is $139.00 for one system and $35.00 for each additional system.

Your Spring Service will include the following:

• Lubrication of the indoor blower and condenser fan motor as required.
• Change filters (disposable type) — Clean filters (permanent type)
• Check Freon operating pressures
• Check for necessary temperature drop across the evaporator
• Check for loosened connections, both electrical and mechanical
• Check operation of controls, clean and adjust as necessary
• Check electrical operation of the compressor
• Check belt drive condition, tension and alignment if required
• Visually inspect complete system for excess rust or any condition, which may be detrimental to effective cooling

Your Fall Service will include the following:

• Check furnace heat exchanger (gas only)
• Check flue vent for correct drafting
• Lubricate indoor blower motor as required
• Check pilot operation, adjust if necessary
• Check for gas leaks around furnace controls
• Change filters (disposable type) — Clean filters (permanent type)
• Check automatic controls and adjust if necessary
• Thermostat will be checked as required
• Test operate furnace and check operation of entire heating system
• Visually inspect complete system to insure safe and efficient system operation

Amber Air Conditioning’s Service contract does not include the hygienic cleaning or testing of your duct system. You are responsible for the hygienic condition of your system.

As Indoor Air Quality Experts we offer a full line of Germicidal Lights to clear away harmful contaminants that include Bacteria, Mold, Viruses and Hairspray. We also offer the finest in Electronic Air Cleaners and Zone Systems.

As an added benefit to our customers, if your system has not been cleaned in five years and you would like to get a system hygiene inspection and possible cleaning, we have a company who will work in conjunction with Amber Air Conditioning, Inc.

All maintenance calls will be scheduled by phone and performed between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. If an emergency develops with your heating or air conditioning system during the period of this program, you will receive preferential scheduling at normal service rate with a 5% to 10% discount on parts. A sound preventive maintenance program such as this can normally prevent equipment problems and save operating costs.

Commercial Maintenance Check List

PACKAGED GAS ELECTRIC SYSTEM:

• CHECK FURNACE HEAT EXCHANGER. (GAS ONLY)
• CHECK FLUE VENTS FOR CORRECT DRAFTING.
• LUBRICATE INDOOR BLOWER MOTOR AS REQUIRED.
• CHECK PILOT OPERATION, ADJUST IF NECESSARY.
• CHECK GAS LEAKS AROUND FURNACE CONTROLS.
• CHANGE FILTERS OR CLEAN FILTERS.
• CHECK AUTOMATIC CONTROLS AND ADJUST IF NECESSARY.
• THERMOSTAT WILL BE CHECKED AS REQUIRED.
• FEST OPERATE FURNACE AND CHECK OPERATION OF ENTIRE HEATING SYSTEM.
• VISUALLY INSPECT COMPLETE SYSTEM TO INSURE SAFE AND EFFICIENT SYSTEM OPERATION.
• CHECK THERMOSTAT OPERATION.

PACKAGED HEAT PUMP SYSTEM OR SPLIT HEAT PUMP SYSTEM:

• LUBRICATE INDOOR BLOWER AND CONDENSER FAN MOTOR AS REQUIRED.
• CHANGE FILTERS OR CLEAN FILTERS.
• CHECK FREON OPERATING PRESSURES.
• CHECK FOR NECESSARY TEMPERATURE DROPS ACROSS THE EVAPORATER. to CHECK FOR LOOSENED CONNECTIONS, BOTH ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL.
• CHECK OPERATION OF CONTROLS, CLEAN AND ADJUST AS NECESSARY.
• CHECK ELECTRICAL OPERATION OF THE COMPRESSER.
• CHECK DRIVE BELT CONDITION, TENSION AND ALIGNMENT.
• VISUALLY INSPECT COMPLETE SYSTEM FOR EXCESS RUST OR ANY CONDITION WHICH MAY BE DETRIMENTAL TO EFFECTIVE COOLING.

AMBER AIR CONDITIONING’S SERVICE CONTRACT DOES NOT INCLUDE THE HYGIENIC CLEANING OR TESTING OF YOUR DUCT SYSTEM. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE HYGIENIC CONDITION OF YOUR SYSTEM.

AS AN ADDED BENEFIT TO OUR CUSTOMERS, IF YOUR SYSTEM HAS NOT BEEN CLEANED IN FIVE YEARS AND YOU WOULD LIKE TO GET A SYSTEM HYGIENE INSPECTION AND POSSIBLE CLEANING, WE HAVE A COMPANY WHO WILL WORK IN CONJUNCTION WITH AMBER AIR CONDITIONING INC.
