Had Amber Air conditioning install a complete new Carrier 4 ton 17 seer air conditioning with matching evaporator coil and furnace!! So glad we go this installed before another hot summer!!

Called Amber Air Conditioning for an estimate for new system. They came out on a Monday and we had our new Carrier 2½ ton 14 SEER Heat Pump installed on that Thursday! Great Job!!

We had Amber Air installed a new system in our Historic Home built in 1929. 4 ton and 3 ton Carrier Heat Pump systems. Amber Air Conditioning did an amazing job!! They took the extra time with our home and the history of the home.

Old AC system went out in the middle of summer. AC took too long to cool down. We installed a new Carrier Infinity System and replaced all ducting. AC blowing nice and cool.

Old furnace stopped working during cold weather heat no longer turns on. We had two new Carrier 14 seer heating and air conditioning systems installed to get heat back on.

Today we had our upstairs unit replaced and we couldn't be happier. Joe has been so thorough and professional the entire process. From the first appointment to the install it has been great. They worked fast, efficient and clean which was a plus. As they had to go upstairs and downstairs carrying dirty equipment I was afraid but it was spotless when they were finished. Was in need of a AC tech because our downstairs unit was not running. Called our previous service guy, however, he advised he didn't service our area anymore and referred Amber Air. So in desperate times we took a chance and called Amber Air and from beginning to end, I couldn't be more satisfied. Joe was very pleasant and professional, he knew exactly what was wrong and explained it to me in simple form to where i completely understood, lol. He explained the price and even rinsed off our units. Not sure if that's what were supposed to do but he did and I appreciate that. He called my husband to explain what he did as well and we went over the final invoice which was exactly what he told me earlier so there was no surprises, and I felt super comfortable and felt that we made the right choice calling Amber Air. Especially with this heat wave i thought we wouldn't get serviced until months but Joe came the next day. Not sure if this will always happen but either way their call back response and communication was on point. Thank you Joe for your assistance and for your kindness. With all of the high heat days the fact that the staff was able to respond as quickly as they did was more than appreciated.
