Today we had our upstairs unit replaced and we couldn’t be happier. Joe has been so thorough and professional the entire process. From the first appointment to the install it has been great. They worked fast, efficient and clean which was a plus. As they had to go upstairs and downstairs carrying dirty equipment I was afraid but it was spotless when they were finished. Can’t wait to sleep upstair with nice cool air tonight. I highly recommend Amber Air! Very personable and professional. Thank you guys on a job well done!

Was in need of a AC tech because our downstairs unit was not running. Called our previous service guy, however, he advised he didn’t service our area anymore and referred Amber Air. So in desperate times we took a chance and called Amber Air and from beginning to end, I couldn’t be more satisfied. Joe was very pleasant and professional, he knew exactly what was wrong and explained it to me in simple form to where i completely understood, lol. He explained the price and even rinsed off our units. Not sure if that’s what were supposed to do but he did and I appreciate that. He called my husband to explain what he did as well and we went over the final invoice which was exactly what he told me earlier so there was no surprises, and I felt super comfortable and felt that we made the right choice calling Amber Air. Especially with this heat wave i thought we wouldn’t get serviced until months but Joe came the next day. Not sure if this will always happen but either way their call back response and communication was on point.

I cannot say enough about the professionalism and assistance that Joe provided. With all of the high heat days the fact that the staff was able to respond as quickly as they did was more than appreciated. I’ve used other companies in the past but am so pleased with the service I received I signed up for a yearly contract. The office staff is amazing and very responsive. I highly recommend Amber!

Amber AC was referred to my by another technician. They were on time. Offer great diagnostic. Even though the type of AC unit I have could not be serviced by them, they have some ideas of who to contact and what other options to consider.

I took a recommendation from someone I trust to use this company for my Air conditioning needs. My AC stopped blowing cold air. They sent a polite and professional gentleman(Joe Folmer) to my home who did not try to upsell me into paying for something I didn’t need. The problem with my AC ended up being that my air filters were too restrictive. He also topped off my freon without any extra charge. I thought the service was going to be 300$ but because it was just an air filter problem, they only charged me the service fee. They didn’t take advantage of me and trick me into paying more because the truth is that I don’t know any better. When it comes to AC, you could sell me sand at the beach. I value and cherish their honesty. I will use them again and recommend them. Keep up the HONEST work!!

We opened a claim with our warranty company because our upstairs unit wasn’t blowing cold air. This is the second claim with them since buying our house in June. The first company they sent out said the unit was low and filled it. I asked about a possible leak, and they just said if it runs out, then you got a leak. They didn’t troubleshoot for a leak. We had to pay for the filling, because (AHS) only covered the 1st $10. Fast forward to the heat wave from a couple of weeks ago. Again, no cold air from the upstairs unit. Obvious leak, right. (AHS) sent out a different company this time, and they were more thorough. They did believe there to be a leak, but (AHS) denied the claim because there were caps missing on my condensers, yet their contractor from last year was the last to touch it. So, after getting an incredibly high quote from the contract company they sent out, I turned to yelp in search of a company that other consumers spoke highly of. I found Paul from (Murphy Air Conditioning Repair) because of his high rating. I explained the current issue and the history to him and he said the repair would be outside his scope for the type of repairs he does. He said rather than for him to come out and diagnose an issue he wouldn’t be able to repair and costing us twice, to have a company come out that could diagnose and repair our specific issue. He highly recommended Amber Air as that company. I called Amber yesterday afternoon and set an appointment for first thing this morning. Todd and Tyler came out and got straight to work after I explained the history. They determined there was a possible leak, but said it would take a nitrogen test to confirm and isolate. They gave me multiple options so that I could be fully informed in whichever route I chose to take. I chose the nitrogen test to isolate the leak. The leak was found in the attic, and was able to be repaired. Todd and Tyler listened to the background history, troubleshot, isolated, and repaired the issue in 1 hour. I was very impressed and very grateful. Amber Air saved me $600+ over the quote I received from (AHS) contracted company. I highly recommend them if you have any cooling or heating issues.

As a business owner I can say this business is dialed in from start to finish. Great communication, scheduling and installers were top notch. We called for service and ended up getting a new evaporative fan for basically the same cost I was quoted from another company. Thier turn around time and installation were clean and quick. Todd was the man. He was very thorough and respectful of our home and walked us through the process. On install day Matt and Lay helped out and were also very amazing. This is my future AC company!
