Was in need of a AC tech because our downstairs unit was not running. Called our previous service guy, however, he advised he didn't service our area anymore and referred Amber Air. So in desperate times we took a chance and called Amber Air and from beginning to end, I couldn't be more satisfied. Joe was very pleasant and professional, he knew exactly what was wrong and explained it to me in simple form to where i completely understood, lol. He explained the price and even rinsed off our units. Not sure if that's what were supposed to do but he did and I appreciate that. He called my husband to explain what he did as well and we went over the final invoice which was exactly what he told me earlier so there was no surprises, and I felt super comfortable and felt that we made the right choice calling Amber Air.
